Holiday Hearts, Jacob’s Heart’s Adopt-a-Family Program, aims to alleviate some of the stress brought on by pediatric cancer by delivering personalized gifts, gift cards, holiday meals, and hope to the doorsteps of families experiencing these unimaginable challenges.

2.Make an Online Donation
No time to shop? We’ll do the shopping for you. Click on the donation button at the top of the page.
Your donation of $150 adopts one child, $300 adopts a family of two, and $600 adopts a family of four.

3.Purchase $25 gift cards
Purchase gift cards from any gas station, Target, Safeway, or Walmart, and we’ll share your donation with families in need. Mail or bring gift cards to the Jacob’s Heart Family Center—680 West Beach Street, Watsonville, CA 95076—and we’ll deliver these cards to families who need them the most.
Gas cards to help get families to treatment and gift cards for teens are needed the most.

4.Host a Toy Drive or a Gift Card Drive
Are you part of a business, club or group who can organize a toy or gift card drive? We can assist you or help you plan a drive. Email holidayhearts@jacobsheart.org.

5.Purchase gifts from the Jacob’s Heart Gift Registry
Select a special item from the Jacob’s Heart Amazon registry (orange holiday hearts registry button). Each gift will be personally wrapped by Jacob’s Heart volunteers and delivered directly to children and families at home or in the hospital.
